Nothing worked. That's really all that happened. I could have taken screenshots, I know, but just imagine nothing happening, and sitting there waiting like an idiot.
As a 17 year season ticket holder this app sucks just like the teams move to SF. This app constantly crashes and has to be uninstalled and then reinstalled.
Continually locks up and unfortunately it is the only option to use as a ticket. Embarrassing that we live in such a high tech area yet our app is HORRIBLE.
This app is absolutely the worse for trying to manage your tickets. Error saying session expired, but then no other option to sign back in. After reinstalling, still unable to login to account. Horrible app.

After removing some of the notification, the app kept crashing right after open it. No choice but had to uninstall it. Edit 3/21/22: Changed to 1 star now. App kept on crashing with "Session Expired". I had to delete, reinstall, re login numerous time. Someone please fix this app?
Too many bugs. Have to uninstall/reinstall everytime I need to access my tickets.
This app is awful. Hit or miss if it's going to work. The feature I rely on the most is managing my tickets. Where the QC check? I am forced to go to the website to sell my tickets. You know what else is sad, the feedback link in the app is disabled. Also, email address listed for "contact developer" bounces. Now I'm getting "session expired, please sign in again" but can't. Also get oops air ball, something went wrong. Try again later. Does anyone read the feedback? Same problems as others.
App is barely functional. Incredibly frustrating to use for trying to manage my tickets. Throws up errors constantly and gets into error states that can't be fixed without completely closing the app and clearing app data. Garbage
This app is a game day choker!. At the Boston game yesterday the Ticket Booth was clogged with fans rerouted over to access their e-tickets to gain entry. The poor box office staff of 3 was sadly overwhelmed. Everyone had the same problem, luckily I arrived 40 min early which gave me time to stand in line and get a ticket text to my phone. This took 20 min. and a long line was left behind me. I'm a 34 year season ticket holder in section 4. Why do the Ws put up with this ongoing mediocrity?
